DO SYNTHETIC FALSE EYELASHES LOOK FAKE?

Not at all! The Inuit Lashes are all handmade, soft, shiny and tapered, just like natural lashes.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I REUSE FALSE EYELASHES?

Inuit Lashes can be reused up to 30 times with proper care.

CAN BOND (ADHESIVE) FAIL?

Yes! Bond (adhesive) can freeze if left at sub-zero temperatures for a long time, and the adhesive will fail.

CAN I USE INUIT LASHES IF MY EYELASHES ARE TOO SHORT/STRAIGHT?

Yes of course! You only need lashes to stick the false eyelash tape on. If your lashes are very straight, we recommend curling your natural lashes before starting your application.

CAN I TAKE A SHOWER AND WASH MY FACE AS NORMAL?

When washing your face, you can still wash around the eye area, use a cotton swab to get into those hard to reach areas. Avoid using oil-based products around your eye as this will break down the bond. After removing false eyelashes, make sure to give your natural lashes a good cleanse.

CAN I USE MASCARA WITH THEM?

No, we do not recommend using mascara with Inuit Lashes.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY EYELASHES?

To clean your lashes, soak a paper towel and cotton swab with a little warm water and gently roll it over your lashes.

If you want to clean your eyelashes properly, children's body soap can be used.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY FALSE EYELASHES?

Keep your false eyelashes safe by storing them in their original tray or our false eyelash box. By doing so, your lashes will be protected from dust and bacteria, maintain their shape and look fabulous every time you wear them!

IF I HAVE A REACTION TO A PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Inuit Lashes disclaims any responsibility for skin reactions;
We recommend that you perform a patch test before use. If you experience any reactions/sensitivity, discontinue use and flush the area with warm water for a few minutes. If it persists, seek medical attention.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, we only ship to Greenland.

I entered the wrong delivery address on my order, can you change this?

You are also responsible for providing the correct delivery address on your order. If you have entered the wrong address, please contact us here. We will do our best to resolve this for you. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill any requested changes.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED ON TIME

We aim to meet the delivery times stated in our shipping policy, however we cannot control any delays that may occur once your package is with the carrier. Delays may occasionally occur. This may be due to adverse weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns or events beyond the control of the carrier. In the unlikely event that your package is delayed, we cannot be held responsible for this, therefore we cannot offer any refunds for shipping costs incurred.
